Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and keeping fit has always been a priority for many people, but for various reasons, not everyone is able to go to a gym or fitness center regularly.
My digital fitness start-up IPLAB SEOUL, Inc. developes the home fitness mirror 'Gru Studio' & interactive application. 'Gru Studio's aim is to enables users to take various high-quality fitness classes in the comfort of their own homes while looking at themselves in the mirror.
