In today's digital age, mobile applications are an integral part of our lives, and app stores such as Google PlayStore and Apple App Store play a crucial role in the success of an application. To maintain and enhance the brand value of mobile applications, it is essential to ensure that their meta data and market screenshots accurately reflect the strengths and unique features of the app.

This project aims to initiate the renewal of the Google PlayStore and Apple App Store application meta data and market screenshot for a Com2uS's flagship mobile game title Summoners war. The objective is to highlight the strengths of the game and maintain its brand value across the channel.

The project was spearheaded by Brand Specialist Haesung, with oversight from the Brand team. played a pivotal role in defining the project's goals and objectives, conducting research, drafting a creative brief, and collaborating with various stakeholders such as the Design, Marketing Science, and HQ Marketing teams throughout the market creative production and proejct evaluation process.

To create a compelling brand asset for the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, it is essential to identify trending brand asset strategies that resonate well within the mobile game community. Conducting competitive analysis and presenting customized strategies for the brand clearly demonstrates the specific features of the asset we aim to test, supported by meaningful data to drive impactful results.

⚖️A/B Test Result

The implemented brand asset renewal strategy for the mobile market place resulted in a CVR (Conversion Rate) & install volumens that exceeded the previous brand assets by over 7 ~ 15% and drove all global branches including HQ to adapt proposed brand asset renewal strategy
